I thought it’d be fun to start September off with my first “Loving Lately” post.
So here’s a list of a few things I’ve been loving lately!
Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowls
I have been really into making the sweet potato version of Buddha bowls for breakfast! I’ll pop a recipe on the blog soon! 😃
How to Be a Bawse by Lily Singh
I downloaded the audiobook of How to be a Bawse because it had such good reviews. I’ve never watched Lily’s videos on Youtube, and I had no idea who she was. I’m still in the middle of it, but I love it so far! Lily narrates it and she’s hysterical. I recommend this to anyone that’s trying to start their own business (or just gain some more confidence!).
I LOVE Care/Of. It’s a subscription service that sends you high-quality vitamins every month. Each day’s vitamins are packaged individually so you can just grab them and go in the morning. I take ashwagandha, vitamin D, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. This really keeps me on top of taking my supplements in the morning!
Cardigans from Target
There is an absurd number of cardigans in my closet! I like to wear a sweater over my scrubs because (1.) it keeps me warm and (2.) because it looks way cuter than the scrub jackets the hospital provides. I like the ones from Target because they’re not too thick and they’re inexpensive so it’s not a big deal if they get dirty at work.
Live PD 😂😂😂
Don’t ask me why but Tommy and I are hooked on watching Live PD on A&E. If you haven’t seen it, it’s a bunch of cops from all over the country being followed by camera crews. All of the footage is live, so it makes for some pretty funny stuff sometimes. A guilty pleasure for sure!
Pressed Flower Phone Cases
I had one of these for my old phone and am really wanting to get another one for my new phone. These cases are so pretty! They’re sturdy and they stay on really well too, which is nice.
Rebbl Reishi Chocolate Drink
OMG this stuff is heaven! I picked it up at the co-op not knowing what reishi was (the words dark chocolate sucked me in!). You can’t taste any of the mushroom, promise! It’s made from coconut milk, so it’s dairy free too. Definitely worth a try!
